Avytree, Inc. (“Avytree”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) provides dental practices (“Business”) with modern software tools designed to help Business engage, manage, and collect payments from their patients (“Customer"), which may include Business created in-house payment plans ("Payment Plan")

Payment Plan is not a loan, but a direct payment arrangement between the Business and Customer for services rendered.

Avytree does not make payments to Business for medical services, but charge Business fees for use of the Avytree payment plan management services. Business creates their own Payment Plan fee schedules and terms. The Payment Plan agreement is made between the Customer and the Business' legal entity. Payment Plan cancellations and refunds are at the discretion of the Business.
